This is an update: I graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology in June of 2013. Since then, I've been on the "trying to get my MFT Intern Number" train.
First, it took my school 3 months to post my degree (and only at the beck and call of the Interim Program Coordinator). Now, I'm waiting on the BBS to issue my intern number. All. While. Fielding. Incessant. Questions. About. The. Whereabouts. Of. Said. Number. THANK YOU BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES!!! *SARCASM* My real "thank you" will come at the behest of my actually acquiring the number.
So, in the meantime, one of my children beckoned me to write on my blog again. So here I am. I got another job, by the way. So now I have two jobs. One that's volunteer and a paid position as well.
I do plan to write like I used to again in the near future: by looking up scholarly articles and giving my two cents about them. But given that it took me 15 months to write my Master's Thesis, I'm sure you'll all give me a break until I can find something substantial to write about other than miniscule musings. Right?
See you soon.
Let's hear an update on your progress! I'm 44 and just started Cal Poly today!
ReplyDeleteYay, Kim! Congratulations! And, sorry for the delay. Refer to my post dated today. I'd like to get an update from you as well. Take care.
